Wharfside is one of Trafford Park Development Corporation's key development areas. It is located at the eastern edge of Trafford Park and is a "masterpiece in the making." Wharfside runs alongside a wide stretch of water and provides panoramic views of neighbouring
Salford Quays. It is also at the heart of a major out of town office location - only two miles to the south west of Manchester city centre. Wharfside represents one of the few remaining development opportunities within that office core.
