Davenport Green is 130ha (340 acres) of rich open country south of Manchester adjacent to the international airport. What is created there will be unique in Britain, possibly in Europe. Planning consent is already in place for the first phase of a 93,000 sq mtrs (1 million sq ft) world class business park.
Our Approach
Davenport Green was originally positioned as an English country estate The Connecting Perfectly approach was envisioned as presenting the part to be perfectly connected both physically and digitally. And show casing its close working relationship which had been built with the university's in the region
