The task was to modernise an existing logo for a retail property agent

The problem: the logo looked dated and its elongated shape created many problems sitting with other agents and even issues with the company's own branded materials, best demonstrated by the shop letting boards.

The solution: allow the logo the flexibility to become the medium, be it adverts boards or brochures. This flexibility allows the logo block to adapt comfortably to any competing or joint agent.

Introducing a new element a slogan /web address which reinforced the primary roll of the company
